This is a new addition to Ktima Biblia Chora’s wine selections. Etos is aged for a long period and is only produced in selected years of exceptional quality. It originates from the best vineyards on the estate, with a low yield per hectare and an emphasis on the typical characteristics of the varietal and the region of Pangeon. Once it has spent the first stage of its life in new French oak barrels, it is allowed to continue ageing in the winery’s cellars, for release 10 years after production.
