A very interesting expression of Syrah with a strong authenticity in the rich fruity aroma and taste.

VINIFICATION

Selection of completely intact bunches from estate-grown Syrah grapes (single vineyard). Hand picking on the coolest times of the day. Precise berry selection in the winery. Vinification in the absence of sulphites with minimum interventions. Fermentation followed by 3 month maturation in stainless steel tanks. Gross filtration and bottling.

CHARACTERISTICS

Deep purple colour. Intense aromatic character of raspberries and strawberries combined with secondary aromas of caramel. In the palate the wine is fruity, fresh and velvety with a spicy long aromatic finish.
